Terms of use
Access to this website is free and requires no registration. Users agree to use it lawfully and not to carry out activities that could damage or disable the site.
The price shown when you select your dates is the total amount for the stay and includes all applicable taxes. To confirm the booking, a deposit of 25% of that amount is paid; the balance is paid on the day of arrival. Rates vary by date: the price applied is the one shown at the time of booking, and it remains fixed once the booking is confirmed. Availability is synchronised automatically with our calendar but may change between updates.
Cancellations. The deposit is refunded in full if the cancellation is notified at least 14 days before the arrival date. After that point the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is only paid on the day of arrival, so a later cancellation or a no-show incurs no further charge. Under article 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, accommodation services with a specific date of performance are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The texts, photographs and design of this site belong to the owner. Reproduction without express permission is prohibited.
Personal data we process
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party resources. Fonts are served from our own server, so browsing does not transmit data to any external company.
Personal data is only processed if you choose to get in touch:
- What data: name, email address, dates of interest and number of guests, or your phone number if you contact us via WhatsApp.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, manage the booking.
- Legal basis: your consent and the performance of an accommodation contract.
- Retention: as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if a booking is made, for the tax and guest-registration periods required by law.

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required, such as the guest registration with the competent authorities that tourist accommodation rules impose.
The WhatsApp button opens a conversation in that app; from that point the processing is also governed by Meta Platforms' privacy policy.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to the processing of your data by writing to info@finca-almudena.com, providing proof of identity.
If you believe your data is not handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This website sets no cookies whatsoever, neither first-party nor third-party, and does not use browser storage for tracking. That is why no consent banner is shown.
Applicable law
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's domicile.
